In an ac*376tion to recover damages, inter alia, for personal injuries, the defendant Reynolds Leasing Corp. appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Durante, J.), dated January 23, 1995, which denied its motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is granted, the complaint is dismissed insofar as it is asserted against the defendant Reynolds Leasing Corp., and the action against the remaining defendants is severed.
