BEASLEY, Judge.

Defendant appeals the trial court’s orders modifying physical custody and denying her Rule 59 Motion for a New Trial. For the following reasons, we affirm.

On 19 April 2007, the trial court entered a consent order for permanent custody awarding joint legal custody with primary physical custody to Defendant and secondary physical custody to Plaintiff. On May 13 2009, Plaintiff filed a motion to modify the 2007 permanent custody order (2007 order).
