This matter is before the Court on final hearing of the Motion For Authority to Use Cash Collateral (the “Debtor’s Motion”) filed by the Debtor, Allen Goode (“Debtor”) which seeks authority to use certain cash collateral of Citizens National Bank (“CNB”).
