HARALSON, Supernumerary Circuit Judge.

The appellant was charged and convicted of robbery and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for ten years, from which judgment of the court he has appealed.

The appellant, an indigent, was represented at the trial by an attorney appointed by the court. The record shows that soon after the arrest of the appellant, the court appointed one attorney on February 9, 1971, to represent him, and on that date a plea of not guilty was entered. It appears that on March 22, 1971, the appointed counsel requested that he be allowed to withdraw from the case…
