Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Bres*666lin, J.), rendered July 6, 1999, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of murder in the second degree (two counts), burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, robbery in the second degree and intimidating a witness in the third degree.
