This is an appeal from a judgment of the superior court of Maricopa county, in favor of Phoebe Sanders and Halsey Sanders, hereinafter called plaintiffs, against Mae Sanders, as administratrix of the estate of H. C. Sanders, deceased, hereinafter called defendant. The proceedings were started by the filing of what is denominated a “complaint” in the superior court of Maricopa county, on January 25, 1927. It set up, in substance, that plaintiffs were the surviving wife and only child, respectively, of H. O. Sanders who died in Arizona on December 22, 1924; that in 1925 a certain writing…
