Reversing.

This appeal presents to ns for review the action of the trial court determining, on the pleadings and proven facts, the rights of the appellants and appellees predicated upon an oil lease. On the 8th day of August, 1919, the lease was executed and delivered by appellees Gr. P. Rowland and Nellie Rowland to O. C. McAdams, of Hawesville, on 88 2-75' acres of land, situated in Hancock County, Ky.,
