A hearing was held on June 16, 2009 to consider the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to the Debtor’s claimed homestead exemption. By Decision and Order dated June 29, 2009, docket entry # 28, the Court sustained the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to the claim of homestead exemption. The Decision and Order contained wording pertaining to the computation of time that is allowed the Debtor to claim the homestead exemption under Virginia law which was technically in error but which did not impact the substantive findings or ruling of law.
