-At about 2:30 o ’clock in the morning of November 29, 1934, at a place about 5 miles east of Chariton, a Ford automobile being driven westwardly on Primary Highway No. 34 came into collision with the rear end of defendants’ truck. Traveling in the Ford were three persons, Brisbine Gookin in the rear seat, Burton Gookin in the front seat driving the car, and plaintiff, also in the front seat, asleep.
