On January 20, 1986, plaintiff, Larry Reynolds, brought this action in the circuit court of Peoria County for damages allegedly resulting from the malpractice of defendant attorney Warren Danz. Plaintiff claims that he suffered a back injury at work for which he has not been fully compensated because defendant failed to pursue timely remedies on his behalf under the Workers’ Compensation Act (Ill.
