FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

WEXLER, District Judge.

This action was commenced by Plaintiffs pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (the “ADA”). Specifically, the action is brought pursuant to Title III of the ADA, which prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation. See 42 U.S.C. § 12182 (Title III).
