Buddy L. Bennett (“Defendant”) appeals the jury conviction of two counts of robbery in the first degree, violations of Section 569.020, 1 one count of armed criminal action, a violation of Section 571.015, burglary in the first degree, a violation of Section 569.160, and assault in the second degree, a violation of Section 565.060.
