This action was tried before me without a jury on October 25, and November 13, 1984. Plaintiff’s complaint states two causes of action. The first alleges that defendant failed, after demand, to repay plaintiff $15,000 plus interest due under a promissory note. The second seeks recovery of the principal amount of that note plus punitive damages on a claim of detrimental reliance.
