V.C.T., the natural mother of P.M.C. (born May 18, 1983), the minor child involved in these proceedings, appeals from an order of the county court for Clay County, sitting as a juvenile court, terminating her parental rights. We affirm.

When P.M.C. was approximately 2 months old, she was removed from the care of her mother, and a petition was filed on July 21, 1983, in the county court for Clay County, alleging that P.M.C. was a “juvenile who is homeless or destitute, or without proper support through no fault of her parent, guardian or custodian,” pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-247(3)(a)…
