The defendant, who is the proprietor of the Simard Bakery in the city of Lewiston, by a written contract under seal *370dated December 2, 1922, hired the plaintiff as a baker for the term of two years at wages of sixty-five dollars per week. January 23, 1924, the plaintiff was discharged without cause and brings this action of covenant broken.
