In March 2010, after a large sinkhole opened on its Gwinnett County property, Waheguru Holdings, LLC brought suit against appellee Gwinnett County seeking damages and injunctive relief. The trial court visited the site and held a hearing on May 6, 2010, which representatives of appellant Nashville Restaurant Management, LLC also attended.
