KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

This case presents two issues. First, whether defendant’s fourth amendment rights were violated when he was detained by police officials in order to execute a search warrant for his residence. Second, *338whether the District Court abused its discretion in giving a supplemental Allen1 charge to the jury rather than granting defendant’s motion for a mistrial. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
