MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
AUBREY E. ROBINSON, Jr., District Judge.
On September 10, 1968, this Court heard and granted a Motion by Defendant for a Change of Venue to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The Motion was granted pursuant to the Court’s authority under Title 28, Section 1404(a) of the United States Code, which provides: “For the convenience of the parties and witnesses, in the interest of justice, a district court may transfer any civil action to any other district or division where it might have been brought.” 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (1964).
