INTRODUCTION

Currently before the court is plaintiff Basicomputer Corporation’s motion for pre liminary injunction. In its motion, plaintiff seeks an order enforcing covenants not to compete, and other contractual provisions which restrict the defendants' removal, retention or misuse of confidential business information.
