MEMORANDUM OPINION
RUFUS W. REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.
This matter came on to be heard and was heard on October 29, 1985, upon debtors’ motion to avoid a nonpossessory, nonpur-chase money security interest in household personal property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 522(f)(2) and North Carolina General Statute Section lC-1601(a).
FACTS
