This is an appeal from a judgment of the Henderson Circuit Court awarding the ap-pellee, Crafton-Duncan, $46,000.00 as compensation for .032 of an acre of real property condemned by the Commonwealth for construction of a railroad overpass on outer Second Street in Henderson, Kentucky.
