MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

The Good News/Good Sports Club (the Club) and individuals affiliated with the Club1 appeal the district court’s judgment denying their challenge to the use-of-premises policy (Amended Use Policy) of the School District of the City of Ladue, Missouri (School District) that closes the School District’s facilities between 3 and 6 p.m. on school days to all community groups except for the Scouts2 and athletic groups.
