VAN CISE, Judge.

In this dissolution of marriage action, the husband appeals from permanent orders entered regarding division of property, child support, maintenance, and attorney fees. We affirm.

During the 12-year marriage, the husband earned a college degree in engineering and at the time of dissolution, when both parties were in their early thirties, his gross annual income was approximately $20,000 with retirement and other benefits.
