OPINION
BIVINS, Judge.
The father appeals from an order awarding custody of the parties’ three-year-old son to the mother. She has not filed an answer brief. The sole issue is whether the trial court abused its discretion in awarding custody to the mother when, as the father claims, “The experts agree that the father * * * should have custody, and the entire record is without evidence that the mother should have custody.” 1 We affirm and hold that the father’s failure to timely request findings of fact operates as a waiver of his right to question the sufficiency of the evidence and thereby…
