Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County *687Court, Nassau County (DeRiggi, J., at plea; Brown, J., at sentence), rendered February 9, 2006, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the plea of guilty is vacated, and the matter is remitted to the County Court, Nassau County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
