*966In an action to foreclose tax liens, the defendant Zoila Lucinda Avila appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Steinhardt, J.), dated January 10, 2005, which, inter alia, denied those branches of her motion which were (1) to restore a temporary restraining order contained in an order of the same court dated November 26, 2002, prohibiting the foreclosure and sale of certain real property pending the hearing of her motion for a prehminary injunction prohibiting the foreclosure and sale pendente lite, (2) to restore to the motion calendar her motion for a preliminary injunction…
