Appellant, Rodney Taureen Moore, was indicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland, and charged with attempted first degree murder, first degree assault, armed robbery, and various handgun offenses, including illegal possession of a regulated firearm by a person previously convicted of a disqualifying offense, pursuant to Md.Code (2003), § 133(c)(1)(H) of the Public Safety Article.
