Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County (Joseph R. Glownia, J.), entered November 15, 2013 in a *1468personal injury action. The order denied defendants’ motion seeking summary judgment dismissing the complaint with respect to plaintiff Joanne Gawron.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
