The plaintiff, John DeRossi (“DeRossi”), brings this action against National Loss Management (“Management”), National Marine Underwriters (“Underwriters”), and Hanover Insurance Company (“Hanover”) for breach of a marine insurance contract. DeRossi alleges that the conduct of the defendants constitutes bad faith and is a breach of the implied duty of good faith owed by the defendant.
