Opinion

DUPONT, J.

The petitioner, Domenick Vallejo, appeals from the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment of the habeas court denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner claims that the habeas court abused its discretion in *820denying his petition for certification to appeal from that court’s finding that the petitioner had failed to demonstrate that the attorney who had represented him in an earlier habeas proceeding had rendered ineffective assistance of counsel. We dismiss the appeal.
