bDECUIR, Judge.
Vicky and Harvey Comby appeal a judgment of the trial court dismissing their claim for damages associated with the relocation of a water line. For the reasons that follow, we reverse.
FACTS
Between May 27, 1974 and September 5, 1975, Cygnal White, Sr. and his wife, Mary, acquired certain real estate adjacent to the Toledo Bend Reservoir in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. All of the property is located in Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 13 West and was acquired under one or more of three deeds.
