This is a declaratory judgment proceeding instituted by Hartford Fire Insurance Company asking for a determination of the amounts which it and other insurance companies should contribute to a loss in the sum of $746,408.90 sustained on February 27, 1971 by the insured Mt. Hood Radio & Television Broadcasting Corporation when its television tower collapsed.
