SATZ, Judge.
Defendant was convicted by a jury of rape, sodomy and assault. He was sentenced to a total of 35 years. Defendant appeals. We affirm.
According to the state’s evidence, on a Sunday morning, in late September, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the victim was waiting for a cab outside of a lounge in East St. Louis, Illinois.
