In my prior decision in this contested accounting proceeding, certain matters were left open for future determination. (Matter of Macneal, N. Y. L. J. June 28, 1940, p. 2920.) In accordance with my directions in that decision, the parties have submitted briefs on the construction of the will and the right of the executors to set off the amount of the indebtedness due to the estate from Sir Hector Macneal against any money payable to him from the estate.
