MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
MORAN, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiffs brought this action against J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (J.P. Morgan Chase) and former directors and officers of Comdisco, Inc. (collectively defendants), raising twelve counts. Plaintiffs filed this action in the Circuit Court of Cook County on January 27, 2006, and defendants filed their notice of removal on March 17, 2006.
