Introduction

Morion Dawson (Movant) appeals the motion court’s judgment denying, without an evidentiary hearing, his Rule 24.0351 Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct the Judgment and Sentence and Request for Evidentiary Hearing (Rule 24.035 Motion). We affirm.
