¶ 1. Clayton Trammell was convicted by a jury sitting before the Warren County Circuit Court for armed robbery and sentenced by the trial court to thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Trammell’s post-trial motion for a new trial was denied, and he perfected this appeal.
