TAYLOR, Presiding Judge.
The appellant, Billy Joe Felder, was convicted of trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to traffick in cocaine, two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine), and conducting a drug trafficking enterprise, violations of §§ 13A-12-231(2), 13A-12-204, 13A-12-211, and 13A-12-233, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to 10 years in the state penitentiary for his conviction for trafficking in cocaine, and that sentence was enhanced 5 years pursuant to § 13A-12-250 because the sale occurred within 3 miles of a school; he was sentenced to 15 years for…
