delivered the opinion of the court.

Plaintiff sued defendant in assumpsit and in a trial by the court there was a finding for plaintiff and damages were assessed at $1,000. Judgment followed and defendant has appealed.

Plaintiff’s statement of claim alleges that on November 21, 1929, defendant made its policy of insurance, and delivered it to plaintiff, whereby, in consideration of $20 paid by her, it insured her against all risks of loss or damage from any cause whatsoever, etc., to one Persian lamb coat, to the. amount of $1,000, etc.; that at the time of the…
