SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge alone at Fort Eustis, Virginia, in June of 1991. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of attempted consensual sodomy, disobedience of a superior commissioned officer (11 specifications), sodomy, aggravated assault (7 specifications), and committing indecent acts, in violation of Articles 80, 90, 125, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880, 890, 925, 928, and 934, respectively.
