The plaintiff in error sued the defendant for services as an attorney. On the trial the plaintiff proved that the defendant employed Mm to assist other counsel in prosecuting a claim made by him to a large estate; that he rendered services for the defendant, was present and assisted in several consultations about the claim, at one of which he wrote down the facts of the case; and assisted in procuring an administration upon the estate.
