OPINION

2Per curiam

Defendant-Appellant Olee Wonzo Robinson appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for a new trial, alleging that: (1) he did not knowingly and intelligently waive his trial attorney’s conflict of interest; (2) the Government withheld material and exculpatory evidence in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), and the Jencks Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3500(b); (3) the Government used false testimony to obtain his drug-related convictions; and (4) he is entitled to an evidentiary hearing on his motion. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
