Petitioner in this case, H. Russell Kahler, married the deceased, Sarah J. Lewis Kahler, in 1921, and they resided together in the town of Bloomsburg as husband and wife until decedent’s death February 10, 1954. Both of the parties had been previously married with established households, and upon their marriage they consolidated some of their household goods, made public sale of the balance and purchased new household furnishings.
