Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Ontario County (Frederick G. Reed, A.J.), entered October 21, 2004 in a personal injury action. The order, inter alia, denied the motion of defendant David C. Wilson seeking leave to renew with respect to plaintiffs’ motion for partial summary judgment or, alternatively, vacatur of the order granting plaintiffs’ motion.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
