Introduction
Mid-Continent Casualty Company (MCC) appeals from the summary judgment entered by the trial court in favor of Daniel Clampett Powell & Cunningham, LLC (Clampett) on MCC’s petition for legal malpractice. We affirm.
Factual and Procedural Background
On January 25,1996, three employees of Matrix Service Company (Matrix) were seriously injured while welding an above-ground fuel storage tank on a project in Mount Vernon for Williams Pipeline Corporation (Williams).
