*1038— In a proceeding pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Sullivan, J.), dated December 8, 1983, which granted respondents’ motion to dismiss the petition and denied petitioner’s cross motion to extend its time to serve a note of issue.

Judgment affirmed, with costs.
