—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Beatrice Shainswit, J.), entered April 25, 1994, which denied the plaintiff’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3213 for summary judgment in lieu of complaint, unanimously reversed, on the law, and plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to CPLR 3213 granted, with costs. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $153,241.73 plus interest and costs.
