The tenants in this summary proceeding appeared specially to move to dismiss the petition on the ground that the Municipal Court did not have jurisdiction. The point of their contention is the utter lack of the conventional relation of landlord and tenant; and even if that should be deemed to exist, there are no facts to indicate that the tenants were actually holding over. The basis upon which the landlord endeavored to sustain its position involves the consideration of a somewhat complex chain of title.
