The county court of Cook county entered a judgment at the June term, 1911, overruling the legal objections to and confirming a special assessment against the property of appellants for the construction of a system of sidewalks in Uthe’s addition to the village of Glencoe. The proposed improvement was for the construction of a cement sidewalk five feet wide around blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, except on the north side of blocks 3 and 4, along which a sidewalk had been previously constructed.
