Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Niagara County (Frank Caruso, J.), entered December 9, 2011 in a divorce action. The judgment, among other things, adjudged that plaintiff pay child support to defendant in the amount of $275 per week.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by vacating the 5th and 17th decretal paragraphs and providing that defendant shall receive one half of the value of the Investacorp account as of the date of the commencement of this action and as modified the judgment is affirmed without costs, and the matter…
